Proserve Advantage is the leading ProCurve "Service Advantage Partner" within Australia and provides support to the HP ProCurve networking product range. Our goal is to provide an unsurpassed level of support and service to all companies utilising HP ProCurve networking devices.
 
To achieve our goal, Proserve Advantage offers a combined Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) and Call Centre (PCC) team populated with world class staff. The effectiveness of our staff has been demonstrated by the fact that ProCurve Networking by HP rated our TAC staff as the best in the world in the Beta trial of the Service Advantage program.
Our entire business model is based upon the importance of relationships between the Company, its employees, clients and service centres therefore our staff are highly skilled in call management and keeping the client abreast of the call
The TAC team are skilled engineers and provide diagnostic, help desk and technical support to our client's customers and to field engineers whilst on site. Having this capability will give the user knowledge knowing that the person that they are talking to has the capability to solve problems. Two members of our TAC team were among the first in the world to achieve ProCurve Networking by HP Master ASE certification under the new training standard. TAC members have additional skills across a variety of operating systems, application software, communications equipment and in both business and technical management.
The call centre team is supervised by staff with over 25 years experience in managing regional service providers and successfully delivering service outcomes for a number of major IT&T hardware companies in a wide range of product groups. The call centre staff have an excellent rapport with the TAC team both technically and professionally to ensure swift response to escalations requiring onsite support.
